Our high-quality picket fence rails are made from softwood timber that has been pressure treated for enhanced durability and longevity. This additional treatment helps to protect the timber against fungal and insects attacks as well as weathering, helping to ensure that your picket fence looks great and lasts for much longer.

The rails are particularly sturdy and designed to be used as the main rail for which picket pales are screwed to when creating a picket fence. The rails can also be further treated or painted to enhance their appearance. Without treatment, over time, the timber will change to a silver-grey colour.

Each rail has a sawn finish and measures 27mm x 72mm x 1.8m.
